Nightly rates for up to 6 guests range from €100–€175 depending on season and minimum stay. Additional guests (up to 10) are €25 per person per night.

Plan your family-friendly gîte holiday in Normandy with clear, transparent pricing. Ursula Gîte sleeps 8–10 guests across two bedrooms and a mezzanine, plus a cot on request for 1 infant, in a peaceful location near Coutances. The gîte is well suited to families, mixed-age groups, and guests travelling with dogs. Enjoy day trips to the D-Day beaches, coastal walks in Normandy, and meet our friendly llamas 🦙. A private splash pool is available in season.

Good to Know

• Minimum stay: 2 nights (longer during peak season).
• Check-in: from 16:00 · Check-out: by 10:00. Luggage drop-off before 16:00 on request.
• Quiet hours: from midnight (enjoy the peaceful countryside 🌙).

Payments & Deposit

• 10% deposit due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival.
• Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of all prepaid amounts. Cancellations made after this point are non-refundable.
• A pre-authorisation of €300 is held 1 day before arrival and automatically released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage.

What’s Included in the Price

Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included. No hidden extras.

• Bed linen and towels for all guests (cot linen provided free of charge on request).
• A properly equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, and a welcome basket with simple essentials to start your stay comfortably.
• Free toiletries in both bathrooms.

Surcharges & Local Costs

• Cleaning fee: €50 per stay.
• Dog fee: €20 per dog per stay. Maximum 2 dogs unless agreed in advance.
• Beach towels: €3 per guest per stay (optional).
• Winter heating surcharge: €30 per week (Nov–Feb).
• Tourist tax: payable on arrival as per local rules.
