Plan your family-friendly gîte holiday in Normandy with clear, transparent pricing. Ursula Gîte sleeps 8–10 guests across two bedrooms and a mezzanine, plus a cot on request for 1 infant, in a peaceful location near Coutances. Enjoy day trips to the D-Day beaches, coastal walks in Normandy, and meet our friendly llamas 🦙. A private splash pool is available in season.
From a fully equipped kitchen to arrival essentials, everything you need is ready when you arrive.
Good to Know
- Minimum stay: 2 nights (longer during peak season).
- Check-in: from 16:00 · Check-out: by 10:00. Luggage drop-off before 16:00 on request.
- Quiet hours: from midnight (enjoy the peaceful countryside 🌙).
Payments & Deposit
- 50% deposit required at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival.
- €300 damage deposit via pre-authorisation, released within 7 days after departure.
- All deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance recommended.
Additional guests (up to a maximum of 10) are welcome at a small supplement per person, per night.
Your total price is automatically calculated when you enter your dates and group size.
What’s Included in the Price
Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included. No hidden extras.
- Bed linen and towels (cot linen available on request for no additional charge).
- A properly equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, and a welcome basket with simple essentials to start your stay comfortably.
- Free toiletries in both bathrooms.
Surcharges & Local Costs
- Cleaning fee: €50 per stay.
- Dog fee: €5 per dog per night. Maximum 2 dogs unless agreed otherwise.
- Beach towels: €3 per guest per stay.
- Winter heating surcharge: €30 per week (Nov–Feb).
- Tourist tax: payable on arrival as per local rules.
Optional Extras (book directly with Sam & Lee by 16:00 the day before)
- 🍿 Snack on Arrival: €10 per person.
- 🍲 Meal on Arrival: €25 per guest.
- 🛒 Arrival Grocery Pack Delivered to Your Gîte: €50 per stay.
