Plan your family-friendly gîte holiday in Normandy with clear, transparent pricing. Ursula Gîte sleeps 8–10 guests across two bedrooms and a mezzanine, plus a cot on request for 1 infant, in a peaceful location near Coutances. Enjoy day trips to the D-Day beaches, coastal walks in Normandy, and meet our friendly llamas 🦙. A private splash pool is available in season.
Good to Know
- Minimum stay: 3 nights (longer during peak season).
- Check-in: from 16:00 · Check-out: by 10:00. Luggage drop-off before 16:00 on request.
- Quiet hours: from midnight (enjoy the peaceful countryside 🌙).
Payments & Deposit
- 50% deposit required at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival.
- €300 damage deposit via pre-authorisation (or per channel rules), released within 7 days after departure, subject to inspection.
- All deposits paid are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
What’s Included in the Price
Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included. No hidden extras.
- Bed linen and towels (including baby cot linen if needed). Beach towels available as an optional extra.
- Free welcome pack with local treats, tea & coffee, local milk and butter, and some eggs from our rescued hens ☕🍪🥚.
- Free toiletries in both bathrooms: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
- Basic kitchen supplies: oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, sponge etc. to get you started.
💡 Pricing Note:
The daily base rate includes up to 6 guests. A small supplement applies for additional guests from person 7 onwards, up to a maximum of 10 guests.

Surcharges & Local Costs
- Cleaning fee: €50 per stay.
- Dog fee: €5 per dog per night.
- Beach towels: €3 per guest per stay.
- Winter heating surcharge: November to February, €30 per week, payable on arrival.
- Tourist tax: payable on arrival as per local regulations.
