Welcome! We’re delighted to host you at Holidays-Normandy. Here’s everything you need to know about your stay.

📄 Primary Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

A pre-authorization of 50% is held on 1 day before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure.

💳 Payments & Booking

All bookings and payments are made in Euros (€).

Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit is received. By booking, you agree to these terms.

We (Lee Edwards & Samantha Beavis) are the property owners and your hosts.

💶 Security Deposit

A €200 security deposit is pre-authorised on your card when you book.

This covers potential damage or extra cleaning (rarely needed).

Refunded within 7 days if no issues.

An inventory list is provided on arrival.

🧹 Cleaning

The gîte is fully cleaned before you arrive.

Please leave it tidy when you leave.

End-of-stay cleaning: €50.

🔐 Insurance

We recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, belongings, and liability.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

We can store luggage if you arrive early.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guest Capacity & House Rules

Max 10 guests. No parties/events without prior agreement.

Quiet hours: after 10 PM.

🐾 Pets

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (€5 per dog per night).

Keep dogs on lead outside rental area.

🚭 Smoking

No smoking inside. Smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas.

🌡️ Heating & Utilities

Water/electricity included. Heating supplement: €30/week (Nov-Feb).

🧺 Linen & Towels

Bedding, towels, kitchen linen provided.

Cot & mattress available (bring your own cot linen).

Fresh linen for 2-week stays. Pool towels: €3 each.

🏖️ Local Tax

Tourist tax required by French law, payable at booking.

⚠️ Safety & Liability

Supervise children at all times. We are not liable for accidents/theft.

🛠️ Reporting Issues

Please report any problems immediately.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

50% refund up to 14 days.

No refund within 14 days unless rebooked.

French law applies. Liability limited to total paid.
